1. Plug in your flash device. Wait until it completes its detection if inserted for first time. Verify that no important data placed on pen/flash drive Or backup your data in secure place. 2. Right click on device, select ‘Format‘. 3. At the very next window, Choose file system as ‘ NTFS ‘ (If you have access to linux file machine then use  FAT32  as file system). Remember to  Un-Tick  check box of ‘ Quick Format ‘. Click on Start. 4. Again right click on flash device,select properties. Navigate to “ Hardware ” tab, Select your pen drive and click on “ Properties “. 5. Select ‘ Change Settings ‘ from very next window. 6. Click on ‘ Policies ‘ tab, Change radio button from ‘ Quick Removal ‘ to ‘ Better Performance ‘ and then click on OK.

First of all Open notepad then copy the below text and paste it in notepad. Copy and paste the following in Notepad : .LOG( YourName-Dairy ) Now Save the file with Ur own name "Anyname.txt" U can give a file name like MyDairy.txt or notes.txt !! Now When the File is Opened it opens with the Date and time details So you can just enter your Daily personal details and save it! The next time you open it opens with previous data and also with the current timing and date   !!! Isn't it a Cool trick??! 

Delete an undeletable File --------------- ­--------------- ­--- Open a Command Prompt window and leave it open. Close all open programs. Click Start, Run and enter TASKMGR.EXE Go to the Processes tab and End Process on Explorer.exe. Leave Task Manager open. Go back to the Command Prompt window and change to the directory the AVI (or other undeletable file) is located in. At the command prompt typ e DEL . **Note** is the file you wish to delete. Go back to Task Manager, click File, New Task and enter EXPLORER.EXE to restart the GUI shell. Close Task Manager. OR YOU CAN TRY THIS.. Open Notepad.exe Click File>Save As > locate the folder where your undeletable file is Choose 'All files' from the file type box click once on the file u want to delete so its name appears in the 'filename' box Put a (“) (Quotation Mark) at the start and end of the filename (the filename should have the extension of the undeletable file so it will overwrite it) Click save, It should ask
